Read these conditions before you buy.

TERMS

-Reciclo 100% of my packages, There are no charges for packaging or preparation of the package. Everything is sent in envelopes or boxes as I see fit.

-The shipping company used is Correos España. In exceptional cases for large parcels may be contracted with private parcels type SEUR.

-I ask before making the purchase, I do not cancel any order for not reading the terms and conditions of my store.

- Read the description of an article well before you take it.

-If you want invoice is sent by mail, you can ask me.

-I'm only accepting Euros

- Shipping to all countries of the world

-The payment must be made in the next 7 days of the order, will send a notice in case there is a problem and you have to extend the term, in case of non-payment a payment dispute is opened and the order will be canceled.

-If the buyer does not respond past 14 days from the purchase, the purchase is canceled, buyer block and a negative vote is left.

-We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time prior to shipment.

-In case of missing a piece before the shipment, you will be refunded the same prior communication through the order, or in case of being something of high value and that we have it, being an error when performing the package will be made one sent back in an ordinary way. (This is available for our decision)

-I DO NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR CUSTOMER EXPENSES OF THE DESTINY, consider your shipping policy in your country when buying something outside the country.

SHIPPING COSTS (see rates according to Spain, Europe or Rest of the world)

-If you want to send EUROPA not certified (cheaper) you can pay paypal-friend mode or bank transfer 

-In any option does not want certificate, you must pay by bank transfer or friend Paypal. 

-The certificate includes a tracking number and insurance in case of loss (see page of Correos Spain) If the package is lost, the value of the package will be refunded. If your package is worth more than that value you have to pay the declared value of the package (assure 50euros more) you let me know at the time of purchase. By default, all international certificates are guaranteed up to € 50.

- Note that the packaging has a minimum weight of 10 grams including labels from here depending on the type of envelope or box, If you request an order close to the shipping limits, I will not be able to lighten the package and therefore the following shipping fee is charged.

- If you want an URGENT-CERTIFIED shipment communicate it when ordering, you can see the costs according to countries in the table of shipping costs. 

Maximum dimensions allowed Postal Spain:

-Over the box: Length + Height + Width = 90 cm, without the largest dimension exceeding 60 cm.

-Roll / tube: Length + 2 times the diameter = 104 cm, without the largest dimension exceeding 90 cm.

-All the measures that exceed this, will be sent by private messenger. (Mandatory to attach telephone and mail to messenger)

PREPARATION PACKAGE AND SHIPPING

Normally we work every day of the year (Except if you close the holiday shop)

Packages are prepared quickly, then I will try to send it in a short time.

The pieces are usually mixed in envelopes, try to separate small and large, transparent figures or pieces usually go in individual bags.

I only send on MONDAY, if I can not, I would go on TUESDAY. THEY ARE SENDING 1 DAY A WEEK THAN THE POST OFFICE CAN CATCH US BUT WAIT TO THE NEXT WEEK.

In case of holidays, I would do it another day of the week that the post office opens.

All packages paid before SATURDAY 23:59 HOURS according to SPAIN, will be prepared to be sent on the next shipment (MONDAY).  IF IT IS POSSIBLE GIVEN THAT WE HAVE MANY ORDER

Special packages for PRIVATE MESSAGE, I would leave any day that I hire the service after verifying the payment.

Countries in South America bear in mind that shipping is done by ship and may take up to 2 months, so I recommend the possibility of URGENT-CERTIFICATE shipping (see SHIPPING table).

If any part is not in the preparation of the package, the refund of the amount paid by it will be sent.

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR WHETHER A PACKAGE ARRIVES IN BAD CONDITIONS FOR THE PROCESSING OF TRANSPORTATION. PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THERE CAN BE BLOWS IN THE BOXES EVEN FOR A LOT THAT WE PROTECT THEM.

HOLIDAYS AND HOLIDAYS

-In case of holiday that closes the store, the orders made before will be sent without problem. I will not be able to answer messages until my return.

- In the period of December, Correos Spain takes a long time to send a package. Be patient that until the middle of January they will not arrive.

 (If you use fast payment is calculated only, in case of payment with invoice, they are added at the end. Then I will send the total to pay.)

RETURNS

-The returns will only be accepted within 7 days after receipt of the product, in case of return all costs of shipments as well as rates produced are borne by the buyer, in no case will be returned the money if before the return was not product in perfect condition, as it was sent.

-Only accept returns of sets or minifigures that could have some failure, in any case of pieces or because an order is not wanted.

-It must be checked to return it.

-Once it has been reviewed, the amount will be refunded for the item (not including shipping or fees that I can not recover).

-In case of loss of the package will not be able to make the TOTAL ORDER RETURN, only reimbursed what is covered by the messenger according to its shipping policy, for that reason I suggest securing packages of more than 50euros, paying the declared value.
